Prof Sir Munir Pirmohammed, University of Liverpool
Professor Pirmohammed who is Professor of Molecular and Clinical Pharmacology will discuss the latest advances in Genomics and how these insights will help to more personalise drug therapy and wider patient care.

‘Broadening Horizons: Working outside your Comfort Zone’
Drs Paul Jameson, Annette Davis and Will Gauntlett spoke about their individual experiences in working overseas, principally for charitable organisations and the challenges and rewards that it gave them.

Parking for the Liverpool Medical Institution is easy to find in the University car parks either opposite the Catholic Cathedral or the Cambridge pub in Mulberry St.
About the society...
The Society was founded in 1930, two years before the Association of Anaesthetists and its motto ‘Dilectis Somnum’ means prized, beloved or delightful sleep.
We hope you will come back to the site regularly but more importantly come to the meetings and meet with friends and colleagues from around the region. While you are here, why not join the society?
