The new academic year commences early in October and with it, a presentation about trainee welfare. What about the welfare of the very mature anaesthetist? No-one's bothering to ask how they're getting on. One thing's for sure, they're all very keen to return to the LMI and avoid spending an hour or so every month trying to remember how to work Zoom.
